  • Monday, Sept 19 at 7pm Understanding the Glycemic Index You’ll learn how your body responds to certain foods and the physiological triggers for cravings, and how to construct healthy, low-glycemic index (low-GI) meals and snacks.
     
  • Monday, Sept 26 at 7pm Eating Out, Parties and Traveling We'll discuss how to keep with your healthy lifestyle no matter where or what situation you are in, such as the best options to choose at restaurants, in airports and at social gatherings.
     
  • Monday, Oct 3 at 7pm Exercise & Proper Supplementation Learn why moderate exercise and proper supplementation are the keys to unlocking your best self.  You don’t have to be a gym-rat to look fabulous, just follow a few easy guidelines to enjoy and creat time to exercise and keep your body SexyFit.  Learn what supplements optimize health, fitness your immune system and which are anti-aging and anti-inflammatory.

Your 30 Day Plan:

  • Day 1 - Kick-off call! Learn the nitty-gritty of the program and how to get healthy without deprivation or dieting.
  • Days 2-6 RESET Cleanse - Your first 5 days of the RESET CHALLENGE will consist of cleansing, or "RESETTING" the body with the 5 Day RESET. This rockstar cleanse is done through food. No hunger, no stimulants or unhealthy junk.
  • Days 7-30, You’ll eat 5 healthy meals and snacks per day, including one delicious Nutrimeal smoothie and one yummy nutrition bar - you can choose which meal and snack you replace with them.
